    Frequently asked questions

Our used carts are sold as-is, with no warranty, cash only. Here is exactly how we work — no fine print.

    Condition and inspection

Do your used carts come with a warranty?+

No. Our used carts are sold as-is, and we would rather tell you that up front.

What we do instead is inspect every cart in our own workshop before listing it, and tell you exactly what we found — the good and the not so good. You buy knowing what you are getting, instead of trusting a promise.

What do you check before selling a cart?+

Before a cart goes online we check brakes, suspension, tires, steering, lights, charger and battery condition. If something has to be replaced for the cart to be safe, we replace it.

Whatever we don't fix — a paint chip, a worn seat — is described and photographed in the listing. No surprises on delivery day.

How do I know what shape the batteries are in?+

That is the right question, and the most important one when buying used. Batteries are the most expensive part of a cart, so their condition is a big share of what you are paying for.

For every cart we publish the battery type, its age, and how it behaved in the load test we ran in the workshop. If the batteries are due for replacement, we say so and the price reflects it.

Can I bring my own mechanic to inspect it?+

Absolutely. Bring your mechanic, or anyone you trust, and take your time. We have nothing to hide, and if someone spots something we missed, we want to know.

What happens if something breaks after I buy it?+

There is no warranty, but you are not on your own either. We have our own workshop in Los Cabos and we source parts. If something fails, bring it in and we fix it as a regular service.

That is the difference between buying from a business and buying from a private seller: the private seller disappears the day after the sale.

    Paperwork

What paperwork comes with the cart?+

It depends on the unit. Some carts come with an invoice (factura) and some don't, and that is stated in each listing before you even ask.

If paperwork matters to you — and with a used cart it should — filter for it. Ask us and we will tell you plainly what each unit includes.

Do I need license plates for a golf cart?+

Golf carts are used inside private communities, golf courses and developments, not on the highway. No registration is required there.

If you plan to drive on public streets, that is a different type of vehicle and a different process. Ask us before buying and we will point you in the right direction based on where you'll use it.

    Price and payment

How much does a used golf cart cost?+

Our inventory runs from $3,000 to $15,000 USD, depending on the year, the condition of the batteries, the brand, and how many seats it has. A cart with new batteries can be worth considerably more than an identical one with batteries at the end of their life.

All our prices are published on each listing. We don't do "price on request".

Do you take cards or offer financing?+

Used carts are sold cash only: cash or bank transfer. We don't offer installments or credit on used units.

Can I put a deposit down to hold a cart?+

We don't hold carts or take deposits. The first person to pay in full takes the cart, no exceptions.

If a unit interests you, come see it soon — few come in and they go fast.

    Do you buy used carts?+

No. We don't buy used carts and we don't take trade-ins; we only sell and service them.

    Is the price negotiable?+

We publish the price we consider fair for the real condition of each unit, with the workshop inspection already done. We don't inflate prices to leave haggling room.

If you think something doesn't add up, tell us why and we'll talk it through.

    Delivery and availability

    Do you deliver the cart?+

Yes, we deliver in Los Cabos. Ask us about your area and we'll confirm delivery.

How often do new carts come into inventory?+

We get very few units, usually one or two a month. What you see listed is what actually exists; we don't leave old listings up to make the catalog look full.

If you don't find what you're looking for, tell us what you need — seats, electric or gas, your budget — and we'll let you know as soon as something suitable comes in.

    After the sale

Do you offer service and maintenance?+

Yes. We have our own workshop in Los Cabos and we take care of your cart whenever you need it: brakes, tires, suspension, electrical checks and battery replacement.

Can you get parts for brands like Club Car or EZGO?+

Yes, we work with those brands and we source parts. Before buying, ask us about parts availability for the model you're interested in — on a used cart that matters as much as the price.

Can I see the cart before buying it?+

Yes, and we recommend it. Come by, get in, drive it and look it over without rushing. Text us at +52 624 175 5911 and we'll set a time.
